The Role:
Role Outline - To improve our Flow products customer experience by ensuring that all customer enquiries or issues regarding product commissioning or product application support issues are managed in a professional manner. This will encompass interfacing with Flow customers regarding technical issues and communicating with Design and Development Engineers to have issues fixed and customers advised accordingly.

Main Accountabilities -

Provide engineering support and problem solving expertise delivered on time and to an appropriate standard.
Working with colleagues to review Flow product design, circuits and devices or develop existing technology based on customers feedback.
Systematically improving the detailed design of a piece of electronic equipment
Ensure operational excellence principles are applied at all times.
Contribute manufacturing technical expertise to existing product design and introduction to manufacturing process.
Work with colleagues to ensure that Flow products related CCRPs are managed and resolved in a swift manner.
Work closely with Production to ensure that replacement units are sent off to customers' on time.
Ensuring both factory and cell design meet all customer requirements.
Lead verification and validation of manufacturing methods.
Work closely with QA to ensure that reoccurring CCRPs or customer complaints are investigated/reviewed with D&D and change request submitted accordingly.
Liaise with customers for site visits for Flow product commissioning.
Liaise with pre sales teams on information sharing on technical queries.
Work with colleagues on new product pilot testing for Flow products and feed relevant information to D&D project leaders.
Work with colleagues on customer contract reviews.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience of providing engineering support in a manufacturing environment.
Experience of working with customers to resolve issues.
Experience of working in cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills.
IT skills - including MS Office Suite, SAP (Desirable).
Customer focused attitude.
