The Role:
Our client is seeking a competent Sales Administrator to deal with the following:-

Order Entry, able to input accurately
Raising and processing of purchase orders
Dealing with customer queries and resolving issues
Dealing with internal departments of the business
Dealing with any Invoicing queries (i.e. over charges for items etc.)

The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of general administration
Background in customer service
Knowledge of SAP, Excel and Word
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to prioritise tasks
Be organised with common sense
Be a good team player and prepared to help out where help is needed
