The Role:
Order Entry
Raising and process purchase orders
Dealing with customer queries
Dealing with queries from other parts of the business

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of general administration
Background in customer service
Knowledge of SAP, BOL, Excel and Word
Project executions and recovery
Have to have excellent oral and written communication skills
Have to be able to prioritise tasks
Have to be well organised with common sense
Have to be a good team player and prepared to help out where help is needed
