The Role:
* Development of analytical and statistical models to deliver customer insights
* Customer base segmentation
* Maximize customer value
* Develop business cases for new offers
* Optimization of existing CRM activities
* Monitoring of KPIs and assessment of CRM programs
* Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on monthly basis

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Education & certifications Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Applied Math, Cybernetics, Quantitative social sciences or related field;
* Experience in business analytics
* Proficiency with metrics and analytics
* Intellectual curiosity for working with very large sets of data
* Knowledge of statistical concepts
* Knowledge of the applications for Data Mining and Analysis (ex. SAS, SPSS, STATA;
* Programs and software Standard MS
* Language skills - Azeri/English/Russian - Fluent
