The Role:
* Defining performance management strategy, methods & policies . Controlling of target setting, commissioning & incentivation for individual sales channels
* Control on the defining and implementation of base salary, bonus and benefits package according to the current policy of the company and labour law (for staff and out staff employees)
* Right implementation of Total Reward strategy, policy and procedures. Control of job evaluation, grading and PayBand systems
* Payroll process supervision (for staff and out-staff)
* Labour relations management in accordance with local legislation and control over all registration processes in HCM
* The authority to sign on behalf of management vacation, business trip and overtime forms, salary references and requisitions (ID and e-card)
* Control of entering related actions to E-gov system

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
* 5+ years of specialized payroll, compensation and benefits experience
* 5+ years' experience of leading and management
* Strong budgeting and finance skills
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Experience with payroll software (SAP preferable)
* Strong knowledge of government regulations
* Fluent in Russian & English - both written an oral.
