The Role:
* Preparation, deployment, functional tests and transition of new software
* Creation of procedures for uninterrupted operation in first line support
* Second line assistance in software support
o Continuous procedure enrichment
o Automation (programming/reporting)
o Analysis
o Dimensioning
o Control of software roadmap
o Updates/Upgrades
* Analysis and handling of requests sent by group and divisions
* Transition of routine tasks to first line support
* Negotiation of problems with supporting vendors

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Higher technical education (computer engineering, applied mathematics, and similar fields)
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in this sphere
* Administration of Unix/Linux systems, shell-scripting
* Experience with ANSI SQL or Oracle SQL/PL SQL
* Experience with any programing language (java or python is preferred)
* Experience in Telecommunications are preferred
* Strong analytical thinking
* Language skills
o Azerbaijani - fluent (common understanding)
o Russian - upper-intermediate
o English - upper-intermediate

* Continuous Learning
* Working under the pressure
* Decision Making and Problem Solving
