As a confident SHE/HSE Advisor you will be comfortable taking lead for the region overseeing construction and fitout sites of values in excess of £30m. In this particular role you will be supported by a visiting Head of Health & Safety who will always be available to support as require but will also offer you the autonomy to carry out the role.

This particular position will first see you heavily involved with the delivery of a contract of significant value relating to a medical facility based close to Belfast. In addition to overseeing the site, including sub contractors, you will be prepared and confident in liaising with the Client where you will take a lead role in championing and maintaining health and safety throughout the project.

Additional responsibilities will include:
* Spear head health and Safety in the Construction sector.
* Design forward thinking methods of improving safety performance.
* Conduct out audits and inspections on retail construction sites across the region.
* Chair safety meetings and work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide monthly MI and dashboards on key H&S measures.

Qualifications desired:
* IOSH accreditation
* NEBOSH Diploma
* Strong experience in a CDM regulated environment
* Construction experience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
