The Role:
1. Job function/Scope:
To manage the debts of the company by ensuring credit terms are adhered to by all clients and processing payments once received.

2. Roles & responsibilities:

* Act as liaison between clients our organization to ensure invoices submitted are being processed for timely payment
* To manage the process involving receipt of funds including payment advices
* To liaise with clients and Contract Delivery Team on overdue amounts and any other queries
* Posting of funds received to AX bank and customer accounts
* Generating reports on the above to Team Lead and Financial Controller to assist with cash flow management
* Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by the Team Lead, provided the instruction is reasonable and you have been trained, certified as competent and is within your capability
* Comply with Level 1 of HSE Employee Responsibility and Accountability
* Comply with Level 1 of our organizations Values and Behaviours

3. Performance Measure

* Compliance with processes
* KPI Measures
* Good cash management

4. Qualifications and experience

* Previous experience of Accounts Receivable
* Basic understanding of finance concepts
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Working knowledge of Dynamic AX 2012, Readsoft would be an asset
