The Role:
Responsible for ALL Fircroft Site Access and Induction requirements and processing of site passes & booking / conducting respective site inductions.

Charged with being the custodian for the Site Access and Induction Process / Procedure & ensuring ALL Access and Induction requirements are communicated to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.

Additionally, this person would be responsible for assisting the Site Operations Administrator with general office management for the respective site when needed.

1. Roles & Responsibilities
* Review and update of the Fircroft Site Access and Induction procedure / process as and when required and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
* Preparation & request of Port / Site Access for various suppliers and clients on a monthly & adhoc basis.
* Coordinate Port / Site Inductions for all requests made and provide timely feedback as per procedure to all stakeholders.
* Maintain a master listing for ALL monthly site access submissions and provide reports on repeat offenders for breaches in the access process. (late submissions, inaccurate information etc)
* Liaise with respective stakeholders on the accuracy of information being supplied for processing.
* Resolve any access queries that may arise at the point of entry.
* Manage general office consumables needs and upkeep.
* Liaise with and advise site management on all issues that may impact site access.
* Any other duties assigned within the parameters of this role.

* Always ensure safe-working practices.
* Participate in ALL Site Safety Initiatives.
* Empowered to "stop the job" if an action is considered unsafe and report to line supervisor.

Work Instructions / Procedures:
* Comply with all relevant company work instructions and procedures for each job function. Suggest any improvements to improve service delivery and amend work instructions.
* Comply with the company procedures.
* Comply with Level 1 of HSE Employee Responsibility and Accountability.
* Comply with Level 1 of Fircroft Values & Behaviours.

3. Qualifications and Experience

* Microsoft Office Intermediate or higher is essential
* Familiar with working in a busy and or fast changing office / operational environment
* Experience in dealing with competing demands
