The Role:
* Higher education.
* Experience in managing sales work in large wholesale companies in the B2B market, as an advantage in selling power tools.
* Experience in building dealer networks and direct sales, the existence of successful projects implemented, good management skills.
* Perseverance in achieving goals, work for results.
* Managerial skills: a systematic approach, the ability to lead a team, the ability to make decisions and be responsible for them, financial literacy, analytical thinking.
* Ability to constructively engage in dialogue and persuasion, experience with dealing with objections and overcoming them.
* Knowledge of the technology of sales, ability to negotiate.
* Development skills of organizational documents.
Upper intermediate English
* Mandatory knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
