The Role:
* Preferably qualified in a relevant engineering discipline
* At least 3 years sales experience with a successful track record of profitable sales, with emphasis in the valves sector
* Solid knowledge of valve & automation products, both quarter turn & multi-turn and ancillary products
* Experience in the oil and gas industry, petrochemical and chemical industries is desirable
* Strong commercial acumen
* Account management experience in a blue chip environment
* Ability to negotiate at all levels, and manage the most demanding customers
* Able to prioritise with good time management skills to maximise working week
* Must be a proven team player
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic proven target driven achiever
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal with strong presentation skills ( Russian and English) essential
* Excellent people management and influencing skills
* Able to develop strong internal & external relationships, and perform as part of a close knit team
* Able to respond positively to fast paced changes in the business environment
* Driving license is essential
