The Role:
2. Responsibility Compliance with the rules for the protection of labor and the environment:
The marine facility manager is personally responsible for:
2.1. Compliance with the requirements of legislative and regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of labor protection and the environment, as well as international maritime rules and conventions recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of HSE;
2.2. Informing and taking action on all unsafe practices and conditions;
2.3. Timely informing the management of the Partnership about all accidents / accidents, spills and pollution of the environment.
2.4. Participation personally and all of their subordinates in the daily schedules of the safe work execution plan and in other safety meetings;
2.5. Request training on Dress-up Tolerances for yourself and staff; Adherence to all the requirements of the procedure Tolerance Tolerances.
2.6. Carrying out of audits of working instructions and procedures on safety.
2.7. Mandatory use of the required PPE outside the residential complex.
2.8. Control over compliance by all personnel working in the PBU policies, rules and procedures for HSE.
3. Qualifications and work experience:
3.1. Higher technical education;
3.2. Experience of at least 15 years at offshore drilling rigs, including at least 5 years in managerial positions, experience in offshore drilling rigs as a drilling master for at least 2 years.
3.3.
3.4. Availability of a valid IWCF certificate (International well management forum). Experience in drilling a closed well with a wellbore washing.
3.5. Must have a license of OIM of MODU (naval rig manager).
3.6. Good knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment and industrial safety rules.
3.7. Certificate "OIM Controlling Emergencies" / approved by OPITO
3.8. Training in the International Code for Safety Management and Pollution Prevention (ISM)
3.9. Have experience in organizing the work process in accordance with the rules of labor protection and environmental protection.
3.10. Experience in the conditions of the potential presence of hydrogen sulphide both on the sea and on land.
3.11. Knowledge of English
3.12. Computer literacy
