The Role:
Responsible for supervising and the performance management of all 3rd Party Contractor multi-disciplined construction activities at receiving station. Provide construction support to FPS management in relation to Project modifications. The role will assist in reviewing 3rd party pre-engineering, monitoring of site construction activity delivery, quality assurance in relation to delivery, cost and SHE.

* Work closely with OPS Team, and manage contractor personnel to ensure asset construction projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget to the required FPS standards.
* Ensure work is controlled safely and effectively managed including performance of daily site audits and safety audits plus lifting compliance.
* Periodically and as required, role may involve acting as Performing Authority for third party contractors works at station
* Attend construction kick off meetings, pre-mobilisation checklists, TQ's/SI mgt and punching / completion activity including certification procedures compliance.
* Deliver an integrated and cost effective service to the Project Work scopes ensuring contractor work packages are completed on time and within budget.
* Carry out regular SHE, delivery performance, quality and cost auditing on construction project works.
* Work with the asset planning team to review contractor construction plans and participate in daily/weekly progress meetings with planning and scheduling team.
* Liaise with procurement team and vendors in relations to materials and services related to construction

Specific Skills
* Multi-disciplined technical knowledge relevant including an understanding of legislative requirements.
* Familiar with eCoW (Control of work) would be preferred
* Working knowledge of industry Control of Work processes and tools
* Capable of interpreting detailed engineering drawings and workpacks
* Strong communication skills
* Strong working knowledge of managing 3rd party multi-disciplined teams on behalf of Client
* Ability to interpret and progress Primevera P6 plans.
* Ability to raise Site Technical Queries as required and progress through to close-out

Job Knowledge Skills:
* Detailed knowledge of work completions processes (Guidance on Certification - GoC)
* Familiar with Management of Change processes.
* Hands on user of electronic Work Management system (Maximo) would be advantageous

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
* ONC/HNC in Engineering preferred
Minimum Experience:
* 10 years post formal apprenticeship in oil and gas construction related trade.
* Previous experience in Onshore Construction Supervisor role leading multidiscipline workforce.
