The Role:
*Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a must along with experience in Bolting/hydraulic tooling.

The bolting development coordinator will be instrumental in developing and implementing a strategy to target and spearhead commercial actions in the Aberdeen O&G sector to achieve growth in line with the Commercial plans as well as provide support technically and commercially.
The active generation of new business leads, winning new customers maintaining and developing customer relationships, especially with our existing distributor network and key account management are core to achieving the growth required.

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Create and implement the Rental growth and training strategies in conjunction with Commercial leadership.
* Develop and recommend innovative ideas and tactics that will contribute to an increase in market share.
* Generate new customers and maintain existing client relationships and key account relationships to meet or exceed the annual operating sales plan.
* Demonstrate expertise in product & industry knowledge, solving customer problems, especially in the oil & gas industry.
* Provide timely and accurate market information including information in the areas of pricing, competitive activities, products and other items necessary to the success of area marketing strategy and programs.
* Provide accurate forecasting of product rental.
* Demonstrate expertise in solving problems relative to systems applications.
* Build relationships with decision makers both technical and commercial.
* Work with and develop trust and a relationship with the distributor network to achieve all sales objectives and continuously increase market share.
* Evaluate and report on accounts on a regular basis.
* Promote the training aspect of the business and support customer enquiries to achieve growth in training.
* Potential to deliver training where customer demand necessitates.
* Must be able to deliver presentations, both written and oral.
* Provide technical and commercial support to customer queries.
* Generate weekly / monthly reports as required by the business.
* Carry out various rental administration functions to support the team such as quotation generation, tracking and order processing.
* Responsible for the people management of the rental administration and workshop service team.
* Other duties as may be assigned.

* Sound knowledge of the O&G industry in Aberdeen
* A good bolting background of hydraulic tooling.
* Proven people management skills.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with people at different levels throughout an organization.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Must be effective at managing multiple tasks, strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with the capacity to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands.
* Ability to prioritize workload.
* Be able to work alone, but part of a close team and achieve results.
* Driving license is essential.
* Excellent PC skills.
* Flexibility to meet demands of the role is essential.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Fluid Power Technology.
* Experience in a sales or business development role
* Experience selling in to the O&G industry in Aberdeen.
* Experience in the rental O&G market.
* Experience in the Torque and Tensioning of bolted joints.
* Good knowledge of the rental market in Aberdeen.
