The Role:
Our client is seeking to fill a position for a full-time HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. The HR Business Partner, based an hour drive out of Sydney, will provide tactical and strategic support to business leaders across the full employee life cycle. This role works to enable high performing teams, influences effective employee relations and drives the organisation culture. Other key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Partner with operational leaders and provide a professional, business focused human resource service
* Provide coaching and guidance to operational leaders on all facets of the employee life cycle(i.e. workforce planning, talent and succession planning, performance management and reward / compensation management)
* Provide high quality industrial and employee relations advice and services
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
* Champion and facilitate people initiatives including leadership capability development, diversity and inclusion, reward and recognition and employee engagement
* Support the Human Resources Lead in implementing the company's People Strategies, working to embed a strategic and integrated approach across the organisation

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Relevant degree or appropriate experience
* Previous experience working as a HR Business Partner or in an IR/ER role
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Proven ability to build strong relationships with people at all levels of an organisation
* A good work ethic, with motivation to work in challenging and changing environments
* A drive to exceed expectations and to constantly push for results
