The Role:
An opportunity has become immediately available for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's team on a 12 month basis. The position will be based in Perth CBD and will provide strategic support to business leaders in making good people decisions across the employee lifecycle including building strong teams, influencing employee relations and driving the Company culture.

The role acts as a change agent and anticipates needs of the respective business units as well as serving as a coach and mentor.

Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
* Lead, influence and make decisions that improve regional performance within the team.
* Define business strategies and organisational policies to enable the strategic coordination of multiple major projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness of projects.
* Deliver the Business Plan through creating a culture of care and accountability as an enabler to continuously learn and improve.
* Provide professional, business-focused human resource service to a designated client group.
* Work with wider Company human resources team to share good practice, ensure a broad consistency of approach, and cover each other as necessary.
* Coach leaders to effectively and consistently manage and take full accountability for people decisions.
* Work in partnership with lead teams to identify the people implications of strategic and business plans and other developments.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Relevant degree or appropriate experience (preferable in HR/IR Organisational Behaviour or Change Management).
* SuccessFactors experience desirable
* Excellent negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills. .Able to effectively and creatively challenge people, situations and current thinking.
* Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders across different locations.
