The Role:
Work in a world class underground mine south of Sydney where you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for the day to day mechanical maintenance activities.
- Display disciplined planning, delivery, accountability and urgency with all elements of the Mine Operating System
- Ensure shift plans are complete, executable and aligned with deliverables.
- Analyse variance to expenditure on manpower and determine actions to achieve required position
- Conduct daily scheduling and rescheduling of mine services shift plans

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Trade Qualification or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Discipline
- Track Record of Underground Mining
- Previous Coordinator Experience
