The Company

The Position

Through a new warehouse/office system being recently built within the Wollongong area, the position of Warehouse Administrator has become available. There are now multiple roles available for an immediate start.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team by ensuring quality performance of all given tasks
  • Ensure accurate recording of data within systems on storage and movement of materials as per guidelines and procedures
  • Regularly inspect inventory and storage space to ensure all material meet quality requirements
  • Be flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment
  • Engage with Production, Maintenance and Support teams to ensure operational material and service requirements are met in line with work schedules
  • Maintain positive relationships with Contractors and Suppliers
  • Possess excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms

The Candidate

This company is looking for a reliable Warehouse Administrator with the following experience and credentials:

  • Forklift Licence
  • 2 year Warehouse/Logistics Experience
  • Experience in SAP (preferred)
  • Must be willing to do rostered work
