The Role:
Technical helpdesk and site support services for Front Lines and Supply Operations
* Provide remote or on-site technical support for installation and maintenance issues

Ride comfort
* Provide technical support to ensure customer specification requirements

Product development - applicable for global Field Support roles only
* Product development matrix audit points
* Piloting and implementing new product and solution

Method and tools development - applicable for global roles
* Maintenance method development
* Service and trouble shooting tools/spares development

* Train local Trainers/employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessions
* Co-operate with and provide expertise to global and local training centres in training courses

* Create quality reports after site visits and list issues which require corrective actions
* List all helpdesk issues and forward corrective actions according to KONE process requirements.
* Participate in closing reviews to ensure all learning from problem site is gained into business,
whether product or skill learning for individuals raising training requirements

* Be aware and operate within KONE safety requirements
* Ensure each installation follows the global processes and guidelines
* Follow the safety procedures and rules of customers, partners and KONE.
* Report safety concerns
* Stop installation or lift operations if safety violation or hazards are detected

Field support manager responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate field support team and activities
* Report on a monthly basis to responsible management
* Ensure quick response and corrective action time of technical inquires and training requests
* May lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of technical field support specialists.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Technical Field Support Specialist / Technical Senior Engineer
* Holistic knowledge of products and corrective action process,
* Good technical understanding of product and service solutions that meet the customer expectations.
* Understands and has knowledge of norms and requirements that are applicable for each project.
* Takes safety aspects into account and selects environmentally sustainable solutions when possible.

Technical Field Support Specialist / Technical Senior Engineer
* Specialist: Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electronical Engineering or other relevant field
* Fluent in English, Russian, Azerbaijani
* IT literacy
* Willing to travel
* Flexibility
* Proactive
* Self-motivated
* Reporting
