The Role:
Working closely alongside the Network Development Manager and wider Commercial teams, the role is required to contribute to the global go to market strategy and excellent customer experience. The role also includes developing business cases, analysis of large data sets, collecting qualitative and quantitative market data as well internal process and standards development in the respective business area.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Research and Develop relationships with key stakeholders including distribution partners relative to our clients business; keep up to date with the latest industry and markets trends that can impact the business
- Implement and contribute to the global go to market strategy as determined by the Network Development Manager; research and understand the target markets and key players; build relationships with key stakeholders within the business; Create thorough and robust set of standards for excellent customer experience
- Contribute to the creation of the Our clients product sales and distribution strategy. It is expected to think out of the box and make a clear distinction vs the current automotive space.
- It is required to constantly challenge the status quo of modern forward-thinking retailing
- Build market intelligence for focus markets
- Contribute to the variant models by market, and support building a strong business case and financial and operation efficiency analysis
- Create thorough and robust set of standards, in line with the brand values, for all sales and after-sales conduit
- Coordinate the legal framework of the retail model
- Develop the internal processes of the retail model in line with internal audit and other quality process management guidelines
- Very close working relationship with the Product Manager, Marketing Communications Manager and After-Sales Manager within the team - with particular focus on after-sales given the need to assure new customers of our clients ability to support their vehicles in the markets they intend to serve
- Create KPIs/targets by which to measure effectiveness of distribution channels, coordinating market intelligence, building composite data for each of those channels
- Develop and evolve close working relationship with potential partners, manage applications and business case assessment process
- Provide support to the Network Development Manager on presentations, data input and analysis on partners, agencies as required

The creation of this new 4x4 will honour the spirit of traditional rugged off-roading, whilst offering a step change in build quality and reliability and meeting the safety and environmental considerations of the present day

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Business or similar.
- International business development and trade experience; bringing a creative approach and 'out of the box' thinking is more important than automotive sector experience.
- Proven track record (2-5yrs) in working in an international business environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends within the industry.
- Strong financial background.
- Creative with ability to think outside the box.
- IT literacy (xls), commercial acumen.
- Process driven and pragmatic approach.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Prioritisation and work towards tight deadlines.
- Self-motivation.
- Organised and can-do attitude.
