The Role:
Providing assistance to Project Management and Project Control Management for development of HR documentation, means and tools;
 Providing advices to Project Management on HR legal aspects;
 Managing and motivating subordinates regarding achievement priorities; giving them directions for the performance of their duties;
 Monitoring of national content in all packages engaged for the performance of the Project. Liaise with Package Manager/Contract Engineer to collect relevant data.
 Preparation and update of the 'local content' reporting to be issued to Project and Affiliate Management.
 Preparing and issuing all Call for Tenders for Engineering and Technical assistance (analysis, clarification, issuance of the various Call Off, management of the various Call off)
 Preparing all HR elements for overall staffing budget for life project and permanent re-evaluation during the execution and annual budgets;
 Organising the general staffing (mobilization/demobilization) of the Project in accordance with legal requirements and Project needs;
 Organising / following-up the training of personnel (as required by Project);
 Liaise with C&P Department for the SAP commitments (Work Orders for Technical assistance)
 Administrating and managing confidentially the HR related documentation;
 Preparation and update of the monitoring of the various Call Off issued for Engineering and Technical assistance, Liaise with Cost Control for Budget update/preparation.
 Liaising with the relevant Company's Affiliates HR in the countries where Project personnel will be allocated on a permanent basis during Project Execution;
 Supporting Project Management for all questions/matters related to HR management.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualification : Engineer or equivalent in Personnel Management
Professional Experience (number of years) : 10
Experience of HR Management (number of years) : 7/10 years
Oral/written fluency in English Mandatory, Working knowledge of French and/or Russian appreciated
