The Role:
* Support the Project Leader/Project engineer in the daily activities.
* Participate to the coordination of the project activities, from engineering stage up to offshore completion works.
* Provide administrative support to the overall Engineering Team, undertaking day-to-day task as required to facilitate internal workflows (i.e. Technical Queries, change order, Document reviews…)
* State Approval management and Permitting interface between Operating company / contractors
* Interface with specialists (HQ) in the review and approval of the project documents.
* Provide assistance for the management of all interfaces related to execution phase (Contractor & Site )
* Monitor and control Contractors achievements in accordance with contractual requirements in areas such as safety, technical requirements, cost control, planning, etc...
* Ensure that pre-commissioning is prepared and implemented in accordance with company rules and procedures
* Ensure that correspondences with Contractors are well recorded and answered in a due time.
* Carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by his hierarchical superiors.
* Management of procurement and coordination with constructor and subcontractor procurement services
* Assist in the preparation of Contract/Purchase Order Plan in accordance with Project Planning.
* Ensure Long Lead Items are as per CPY technical referential requirement and are delivered on time to meet the installation schedule.
* Review Contractor proposals and participate to the clarifications and negotiations.
* Assist in the preparation of synthesis and final recommendation.
* Monitor, track and expedite project document reviews by Engineering Team.
* Follow up on outstanding Document control issues. Maintain and monitor engineering document.
* Work with team to address and rectify quality issues with data required for reporting.
* Check associated engineering documents (such as drawings, technical illustrations, manuals, reports when appropriate) and ensure they are completed within the required timescales.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills in English, Azeri both written and verbal.
* The ability to successfully collaborate within a multi-cultural environment.
* Able to understand, evaluate and apply technical information.
* Advanced knowledge in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office software; specifically, Microsoft Excel and Access Databases (VBA, Macro, Pivot Tables and Queries).
* Working knowledge and use of Engineering Design Model tools (PDMS, SP3D Navisworks).
* Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of data management tools; having had extensive exposure to databases and data analysis and fundamental.
* Technical degree or senior technician background and with 3 to 5 years of experience in a complex engineering, commissioning or fabrication environment
