The Role:
* Lead to set the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business organization and encourage employee morale.
* Lead the optimal sales strategy that will allow to meet the sales target using market, product, and competitor data analysis.
* Lead in the identification of new sales opportunities and building of the foundation for continued growth in revenue and profit.
* Direct sales organizations and workforce to bring about the optimal synergy effect and approve them
* In-depth channel knowledge in (OR = Modern Trade / IR = Traditional Trae & Online)
* Plan, budget & negotiate yearly distribution contract with distributors & direct channel partners
* Works on issues that impact the success of business or addresses future concepts, products or technologies
* Creates formal networks with key decision-makers and may serve as an external spokesperson for the organization
* Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions may frequently involve special skills such as negotiating with Customers or management or attempting to influence senior-level leaders regarding significant matters to the organization
* In charge of development, coaching, evaluating team members within the part
* Generates synergy through boundary less collaboration within the organization and achieves outstanding performance with a drive for execution.
* Short and long term products forecasting
* Understand market dynamic and be able to assess potential changes in the channel role within each market to be able to have his / her team ready to face these changes
* To leverage potential channel opportunities and develop tailor made plans to support them
* Strong financial understanding to ensure proper budget planning and control of Turn over simulation

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Typically requires a minimum 15 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 12 years and a Master's degree
- In-depth channel knowledge (OR = Modern Trade / IR = Traditional Trade & Online) in distributor management and direct sales
- Minimum Sales experience of 10+ years
- Minimum 12+ years' experience in a senior role in the GCC region is a must
- Arabic speaking is an added value
- Could consider someone from FMCg background.
