The Role:
Position Responsibilities:
Achievement of company targets across Qatar :
* Lead role in the country-wise sales planning and target setting in order to attain higher market share, achieve revenue and profitability targets.
* Identify key models and liaise with marketing and distributors to establish them as HIT products.
* Manages distributors and performs channel development to ensure that the distributor is properly fulfilling the objective of the company - achievement of sales revenue, market share, investment in right channel
* Conducts key retailer management and co-op marketing implementation.
* Provides accurate and timely forecasts and required reporting to the management team.

Monitoring and driving product demand
* Liaises with Marketing and Distributors ensuring enhanced product visibility in the retail outlets in order to maintain dominating availability and display of products at the shop front.
* Conducts market-trend analysis and works closely with the distributors' team to develop plans to overcome potential issues.
* Coordinates channel marketing and sell-out programs to ensure market share achievement.
* Follow up the marketing claim process and clear the pending claim process

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Over 5-years of experience in distributor management within a consumer electronics environment with reputed companies. (Or similar experience in sales field of FMCG field as well)

* A track record of success within Dubai, Qatar (Or in GCC countries), profile should be possible to check his or her reputation with current (or old) HR department
* Ability to perform and work under different conditions and be a team player.
* Extensive sales thinking, demonstrable sales focus, pro-active and proven sales track record.
* Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision.
* Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen, good persuasion skills, assertive nature.
* Good PC skills- Excel, PowerPoint.
* Highly objective oriented, catch company's objective easily in different situation
. Bachelor's in Business or Commerce or relevant experience
