The Role:
1. 8+ years of experience in IT industry; with 3+ years in public cloud; with 3+ team management experience.
2. Minimum Master Degree in Engineering.
3. Strong in English (both written and verbal)
4. Demonstrated proficiency as a leader in a professional environment.
5. Lead multiple successful Key Cloud Pre-Sales Project in region.
6. Strong knowledge of cloud services and market trends.
7. In-depth knowledge of Cloud, Virtualization, Networking and Storage technologies
8. In depth knowledge of Cloud Computing Security Requirements Strong Cloud Architecture and Design skills
9. Qualification in business or engineering discipline or equivalent training and industry experience
10. Relationship building skills - is able to establish positive internal relationships with colleagues and management peers
11. Strong people management skills including: developing, motivating and retaining technical sales people and an ability to manage any performance shortfall.
12. Customer relationship management
13. Successful sales experience with good reference cases
14. Holding Certificates: AWS Certified Solution Architect or Azure Certified Solution Architect and Project Management Professional Certification | PMP

You will be leading Cloud Pre-sales activities, to develop the Public Cloud business across Government, Healthcare, and internet industry, based in UAE (Dubai & Abu Dhabi), to cover the MENA region.

Business Strategy :
1. Monitor and deliver market insight of public cloud in the above mentioned industry.

Customer Engagement:
1. Develop relationship with key account in the above mentioned industry
2. Understand customer strategy and pain point, engaging with senior level business decision (CXO particularly) makers, for market opportunities, business models, etc.

Pre-sales management:
1. Responsible for the business success of public cloud pre-sales
2. Leading pre-sales team to achieve business target.
3. Design and implement marketing promotion and campaign
