The Role:
Summary of Responsibilities
* Shared services center (SSC) Admin General Manager will supervise following area of work and have responsibilities to regularly report to MDs of group companies.
* Supervise administrative work in Bangkok office and regularly report to Deputy Managing Director - Corporate Administration.
* Make decisions on group standard process as a process owner and make sure that the group companies are following designated process to operate efficiently.
* Supervise planning and management of workplace in Bangkok to be safe, collaborative, and efficient workplace for all the employees.
* Supervise document control management.
* Supervise general administrative tasks including maintenance of office equipment including electrical & air-conditioning system, safety system in Bangkok office (Maintenance of office appliances, fixtures and furniture in Bangkok will be under "Inventory and asset control" in Procurement).
* Supervise reserve stock management and general purchasing activities for Bangkok office(e.g. office supplies and other consumables).
* Supervise arrangement of business trip for employees at Bangkok office, excluding management team.
* Supervise management of company's cars, maids, and messengers, and make sure that those service are contributing for better business operations.
* Other task following supervisor's assignment or company policy.
* Supervise administrative works at site including general affairs, management of office, camp site, guest house facilities and nursing facilities, site visit, drivers, maids and vehicle management, business trip arrangement, and document & seal management
* Good communication in both Thai and English

Education Background:
* Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management or other related field
* At least 10 years of experience working in administration
* Good knowledge in facilities management principles
* Strong business acumen
* Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Good communication, presentation, and leadership skills
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
