The Role:

Reviews customer portals, bulletins, and indicators (scorecards). Reviews and aggregates data and publishes information to the business.
Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
Participates in the coordination and execution of the client's Operations Quality Management System. This includes training associates and support staff on requirements of ISO, ESD and Q4.
Provides leadership and coordination for internal and external audits. Recommends and participates in the corrective actions to resolve identified issues.
Prepares all quality metrics for Operations and Quality management. Works to maintain data integrity while simplifying and streamlining the flow of data quality throughout the facility.
Acts as an advocate for proactive improvement of the Quality Management System.
Professionally and proactively interfaces with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and others as needed. Exhibiting the ability to interface with appropriate levels in the organization.
May perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
2+ years related experience.
Must have strong communication skills. Must be well organized and self-motivated.
Must demonstrate good overall knowledge of facility products.
Must be strong in Excel. Experience in Microsoft Office, Acrobat, and Power Point.
The Quality Analyst participates in all areas of the Quality function to support the client's Manufacturing Operations. Prioritizes and plans activities to meet deadlines on multiple assignments. Works independently or with small teams to achieve goals.
