The Role:

As a key member of the Fircroft Construction- Projects & Engineering Team, the PMO Analyst's main responsibility will be analyzing/improving current-state processes and designing/ensuring compliance to future-state processes in the Projects & Engineering Department. Additionally, the position would be responsible for gathering, managing, and reporting the department's data in a timely manner and provide technical support to the department managers and Sector Director/s.

* Create and improve standard operating procedures and systems for department with key performance indicators
* Analyze and manage all data for the department and develop a dashboard reporting system on Power BI
* Create standard reporting templates to facilitate dashboard designs for department
* Manage, recommend, and implement required improvements to department methodologies ensuring compliance with constant observation or monitoring.
* Analyze and compile all status and financial report data for technical reports and presentations within required timeframe
* Provide support to department managers and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures
* Review and monitor IT programs for software performance and compliance
* Analyze and improve IT reporting systems and procedures
* Collaborate with the Finance, IT, Sales departments and others, to form solutions for departmental processes and data management systems
* To efficiently execute any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
* Participate in the development of and perform all duties in accordance with the procedures set forth in ISO 9001: 2000 standards and the Company's Quality manual and OSHA standards.
* Promote safety awareness and the development of a safety culture within the company and especially on site.
* Compliance with Fircroft Policies.

Degree and major if applicable:
* BSc Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline from a recognized university
* PMP Certification would be an asset

Required hands-on, technical, or other types of training to perform the job:
* Skillful in the use of project management frameworks and reporting cycles
* Knowledge and experience with data management systems
* Knowledge and application of Project Management and Process Improvement practices and procedures
* Ability to gather, interpret, manage, and represent complex technical data in a concise manner
* Strong ability to work in an adaptive and agile manner to deliver insightful analytics within deadline
* Ability to build strong professional relationships
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with exemplary attention to details

Strong working knowledge and experience with SQL, Microsoft Dynamics 365O, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.

1. At least three (3) years' experience in a similar position
