The Role:
Leading Technology and R&D Company in the field of Communications Intelligence and Cyber Defence is looking for an International Sales executive to spearhead sales and business development in the Middle East markets. This position will be critical in driving our global expansion and we are looking for a high-energy, creative sales leader who is dynamic, enthusiastic and eager to help build and accelerate our company's growth in the region. We would prefer this person to be based in Dubai.

Must Haves:
1. Person should preferably be based in Dubai.
2. Willingness to travel & relocation.
3. Should have strong IT Skills and proficiency in productivity and CRM tools.
4. Possess deep knowledge and understanding of the industry trends and relationships in the domain.
5. Must be an overachiever who has continuously overachieved on given plans.
6. Self-driven, with an ability to work with minimal supervision.
7. Exceptional presentation skills - able to present ideas and communicate to customers and team in a way that produces understanding and impact.
8. Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
9. Strong commercial acumen. Outstanding business judgement and a proven ability to negotiate effectively in tough situations.
10. Strong change management, analytical, problem solving, organizational and communication skills.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Required Experience:
1. Experienced Sales Leader and General Manager with over 15 years of experience in Sales and General Management.
2. Experience in Middle East markets selling Communications Intelligence (COMINT) and Cyber Security Systems.
3. Demonstrable experience in leading sales and developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
4. Strong channel experience, including the recruitment and enablement of International Partners.
5. The person is expected to build a sound, sustainable and exponential growth business with a view to dominate the market.
6. The person would be required to manage the Sales to Expense Ratio and grow the business exponentially.
