The Role:
1. Execute the business development plans for the company fostering a growth/ evolution strategy.
2. Ownership of sales and account management activities for the assigned territor(ies) and solution(s), and taking the responsibility of achieving the assigned revenue targets.
3. Responsible for the solution positioning, customer demand/ need creation as well as presentations, proposals, pricing and contract/ closure and negotiation.
4. Maintain trusted, high-level professional relationships with current and prospective customers and secure long-term contracts with customers.
5. Contribute to developing/ enhancing the company's solution(s) offering and help tune its solutions roadmap.
6. Maintain clients' repositories up-to-date on Company's CRM.
7. Report monthly/quarterly sales pipeline to management.
8. Establish and grow partnerships with relevant third parties including but not limited to: acquirers, vendors (e.g. fraud prevention, DCC), payment schemes and regulatory bodies (e.g. central banks).
9. Interact with clients through meetings, emails/ phone calls and trade show participation.
10. Contribute to improve relevant internal processes (e.g. merchant on boarding, invoicing, risk assessment) through analysis and benchmarking against industry best practices.
11. Advise merchants to apply techniques that would result in increasing transaction volumes, and accordingly Company's revenue Contribute to change management and continued improvement of business process.
12. Screen potential business deals to fall in line with the overall business strategy, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
13. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

The Company:
Our Client is a leading processor and provider of payment gateway solutions.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience in e-payment solutions or Fintech companies is preferable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively build rapport with diverse global team.
