The Role:
Senior Pre-Sales Lead Consultant - Security
The Consultant's primary role is to Own, Lead and provide the Consultative and holistic picture to the customer in the areas of Cyber Security, Networking, and other Infrastructure components as part of the solutioning. The Job role supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the "technical close" in complex solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers. The Pre-Sales Lead Consultant must be able to design, present, convince, and defend the proposed solutions to the stakeholders.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Able to drive the discussions in a consultative approach with customers, and successfully articulate solutions and emerging technologies that address their business requirements.
* Works on deals assigned by the sales team, prioritizing efforts based on maximizing total impact on team productivity and profit, or as directed by the sales manager.
* Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers' met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and organization.
* Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, service resources, vendors and distributors to align and bring up with the best of the breed solution designs.
* Secure needed commitments from customer's technical staff and stakeholders to ensure a deal's "technicaly closed".
* Target oriented with proven track record, and meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or teams supported.
* Technology Evangelist - Learning about the new & emerging technologies and products and introduce to the organization and customers.
* Provides coaching and professional development to team- members, sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
* Able to sense and convert opportunities for additional business development within customer firms.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* 7+ years of relevant industry experience of Technical Consultation in Cyber Security and Infrastructure.
* Consultation experience in Gap Analysis, Zero Trust Security, EDR, CASB, PAM, SIEM, Cloud Security, Network Security and other products and technologies.
* Ability to map and interact with all levels (including C-level executives) in Client's IT Organizations.
* Relevant Industry certifications will be an advantage.
