The Role:
An outstanding opportunity has become available for a Systems Specialist to join the Group Health, Safety, Environment and Communities (HSEC) team for our client in Gunnedah, NSW. Reporting to the Group Manager - Work Health and Safety this role will be responsible for planning, maintaining and enhancing HSEC systems and databases to support company operations.

Key duties will consist of:

  • Improving, managing and maintaining the learning management, incident management and document control systems
  • Management of the contractor engagement portal
  • Coordinating the monthly health and safety reporting and other performance statistics reports

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

*Strong experience in improving management systems
*Experience in administering document control systems and formatting documents
*Effective verbal and written communication skills
*Sound interpersonal and negotiating skills
*Ability to work effectively across a broad range of subject areas
*Strong attention to detail
*Discretion when dealing with confidential information
*Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
*Business Administration Certificate, or equivalent experience is desirable
*Knowledge of systems in use (eg INX, SharePoint, CMO, Onsite Track Easy) is desirable
