The Role:
International Sales Manager - Capital Equipment - competitive salary, plus bonus, pension, additional benefits

At the forefront of technology within the traditional power markets; this iconic rotating capital equipment manufacturer, has been supplying innovative solutions to the power, energy, turbomachinery, marine and rail markets for decades.

Their global coverage with traditional British heritage allows the quality of service to shine through. And with recent investment to their manufacturing facility in England, sparks an ideal time to recruit an International Sales Manager, focusing on the development of major projects supplying to the marine and rail markets.

This role reports directly into the Sales Director who is relishing the opportunity to bring in established professionals who can assist with further strategy and sales development.

What will you be doing?

* Managing the full sales cycle, from market research through to sales completion and handover
* Negotiating complex commercial terms, ensuring best profitability for the business
* Building long lasting relationships with key existing and new clients
* Expertly provide technical solutions for customers, ensuring high levels of customer service is continuously on show
* Building positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
* Collaborating with other departments in the business to ensure customer expectations are met throughout their entire experience

What we need from you?

* Experience working with rotating capital equipment or large engines.
* Engineering competencies, and technical understanding of rotating capital equipment
* International sales experience, and evidence of wining new business across EMEA

What would be an added value to the role?

* If have a background selling the above equipment into the marine or rail markets
* Speaking fluently a second European language.
* Engineering or Advanced Sales degree.
