The Role:

Job Description :

Handle administrative tasks ; hotel booking, flight booking and transportation arrangement.
Supports the administration team of site office in Map Ta Phut.
Coordinate about business trip arrangement with the staff in our Japan Headquarters Office.
Handle company's phone calls and correspondence concerning e-mail, letters, packages etc.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
Submit timely reports to the Revenue Department and Social Security Office and Field Expenses Report to the head office in Japan.
Scheduling appointment and coordinating with all concerned parties.
Assistance service for Sales activity

Qualifications:

Minimum experience more than 5 years in related field
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
Good communication in English (both written and spoken).
Capable to use Microsoft office and office management software
Good in solving problem, organized and be able to priority work.
Good attitude and helpful
