The Role:
Job Description:
Financial Planning and Management:
Consolidate and analyse the monthly financial results of Thailand factory, Business Units and by department.
Conduct budget and current estimate preparation to ensure the soundness of financial forecast plan & assumptions.
Responsible for the long term financial outlook, ensuring accuracy of forecasts and future business opportunities across all product lines of business.

Financial Analysis:
Prepare various financial analyses including variance, risk and opportunity on current operations.
Take full responsibility of in depth analysis of deviations between budget, estimate, forecast & actual, P&L and balance sheet.
Keep tracking on business performance, analysis and provide recommendation to business, analysing full financial performance, (including Risks & Opportunity highlighted) identifying gap & assisting with solutions.

Accounting:
Management of fixed assets and implement internal controls for fixed assets.
Management of taxation including reconciliation and tax filing.
Ensuring the integrity, accuracy and reliability of financial data and compliance with the company's accounting policies; related accounting principles and practices and the commercial codes and taxation.

Others:
Ensures data accuracy and integrity and conducts detailed analysis to solve problems and provide recommendations and insights.
Considers the big picture, including all stakeholders, and looks beyond the obvious to anticipate problems and data needs and proactively find solutions.
Identifies and Prioritizes risks and develops solutions to achieve business objectives while remaining compliant with financial and accounting standards.
Work closely with corporate finance team in US to get support and maintain methodologies, models and reports to establish ways to track and monitor those, completely.
Working closely with the operation management team and ensure good internal control including risk management and corporate responsibility.
Ad-hocs as per management required.

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required and Master's degree is preferred with minimum of total 10 year working experience and minimum of 3 year working experience in audit firm (Big 4) or experience in large manufacturing organization.
CPA or relevant professional qualification preferred.
Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Budgeting and Cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and IFRS requirement.
The successful candidate should be highly numerate, analytical, and meticulous with the ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, financial modelling and presentation skills with the ability to analyse large volume of data from multiple resources, draw conclusion and develop actionable recommendations.
Effective communication in English both written and verbal with excellent presentation skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently. 
Ability to work in fast pace environment, multi-task, hands-on and comfortable working under tight deadlines to produce accurate analysis.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Understanding of accounting processes, procedure and internal control
Experiences in ERP (Oracle or SAP), reporting consolidation tools and advance in Excel and PowerPoint.
