The Role:
To manage and ensure that the processing facilities are operated within their operating envelope. Facilities are maintained, sustained and comply with company requirements, standards and expectations.
Collaborate with the production technical authority in the preparation of engineering packages for any engineering changes, and to provide technical advice in order to ensure asset reliability and integrity.

Key Accountabilities:
* In accordance with the Safety Case and Company policies, provide production process engineering and integrity support for the facility.
* Maximise production outcomes by ensuring the integrity and reliability of the process engineering related offshore facilities.
* Enable process system reliability, integrity and safety by assisting the technical authority for process and production engineering for any required engineering changes.
* Assist and support the OIM/s and Production Manger to ensure that daily operations are conducted in compliance with all Company and Statutory requirements.
* Coordinate the activities of external engineering and other support services for major maintenance activities, shutdown campaign, and all process consumables procurement.
* Responsible and overseeing third party performance in the conducting of all major process / production engineering related studies and works carried out on the facility.
* Contribute towards process and production optimisation and enhancement initiatives.
* Ensure all relevant process engineering design activities are in compliance with applicable SSHE policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and regulations.
* Contribute to the commercial success of the business by assisting others such as Finance, (cost estimates) and Supply Chain (Subcontractor selection and management).
* Participate as a member of the onshore Incident Management Team.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Degree in Chemical Engineering
* Circa 10 years' experience in a similar role
* Basic knowledge in HYSIS or other process / production modelling programs
* Comprehensive/Advanced computer user skills - full suite of Microsoft products.
* Experienced with CMMS - effectively managing and successfully operating such systems to achieve production and regulatory compliance outcomes.
