The Role:
1 Role
The role is to organize, and coordinate all workshop and logistic activities to ensure high quality and flawless operations to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met. To maximize Archer Oiltools market share and profits, it is required that cross product line solutions are used when applicable.
2 Key responsibilities ( not limited to):
* Participate and Promote QHSA at workplace to comply with all Archer and 3rd Party
safe working practices in workshop
* Supervise workload, workshop personnel, meetings, planning activity against operational requirements
* Update and control equipment inspection and certification. Ensure meeting customer/industry
standards whilst driving cost control.
* Organise approved 3rd Party vendors for the provisions of workshop equipment: torque machine,
pressure test equipment, forklift, overhead cranes.
* Review and verify Sign-off equipment maintenance is carried out in accordance to process,
procedure, documentation is accurate, and quality standards meet
* Inventory management to include: monthly reporting, cycle count, GR, open order, zero stock out,
on time delivery. Report via AX & IFS
* Asset management to include: asset count, utilization and capital efficiency.
* Interfacing with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure correct equipment is
sent offshore at the correct time and returned to the warehouse
* General Administration as required including office supplies and necessary material
are available and ordered in a timely fashion.
* Liaise with operations and client logistics handlers, ensuring all goods, equipment is manifested,
shipped and received in compliance with client and Archer policy and procedures
* Implementation and management of all current customs & excise compliance
* Comply with Archer procedures w.r.t. Receiving, checking, documenting, handling,
storing incoming goods, Inward and Outward shipments and maintain efficient record and filling system
* Inventory Order Management/Control to include monthly reporting; Cycle Counts,
Goods In Transit, Goods Received, Open Orders, Zero Stock Outs and On Time Delivery.
* Close liaisons with workshop, operations, logistics, and finance personnel

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of Upstream Oil & Gas operations experience with a proven track record in workshop coordination and logistics
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Hold broad knowledge and experience (both technical and operational) of Oiltools
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to explain the benefits of our products or services to potential customers
* Strong teamwork skills
