The Role:
We are currently looking for a Maintenance Coordinator with an Instrumentation or Millwright background. A dual ticket in Instrumentation and Electrical would be an asset.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will report to the Operations Manager
Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
* Oversee the maintenance team's manpower loading
* Coordinate the team's scheduling both rotational and day to day
* Manage and prioritize work orders as they are entered and insure completion
* Work with operations and maintenance for turnaround/shutdown planning
* Assist in small projects planning and execution
* Responsible for developing maintenance procedures (SSMP-Site Specific Maintenance Procedures)
* Develop and manage the critical spare parts Inventory for the Hangingstone Facility
* Coordinate and prioritize the purchase of all required tools and test equipment
* Support development of maintenance training programs
* Ensure consistent application and compliance of the client's technical standards and industry standards
* Provide Maintenance representation for walk-downs of completed process systems
* Assist in Commissioning work scope as required for the Hangingstone Facility in a safe and methodical manner
* Understand and support of the client's LOTO Isolation procedure
* Adhere to and support the client's values, business vision, practices, procedures, and systems.
* Oversee contract personnel and related vendors as required
* Assist with troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining facility equipment in a safe and efficient manner
* Possess and maintain a valid class 5 driver's license

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SET:
* Recognized Journeyman in either Instrumentation or Millwright disciplines. A dual ticket in Instrumentation and Electrical would be an asset. Relevant experience is also an asset.
* 7-10 years of experience as a Journeyman in the above disciplines in the oil and gas industry
* The ability to work safely, independently and lead or take initiative on most jobs as well as being able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
* Knowledge of maintenance practices, performance measures, maintenance systems and scheduling tools and techniques
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Strong Interpersonal skills
* A team player
* Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment in the maintenance of SAGD operating facility
* Skill in identification of safety hazards and appropriate precautions applicable to work assignments
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
* Participate in Safety Meetings, MOC's and PSSR's
