The Role:
In this role you will be reporting to the Asset Integrity and Reliability Lead, you provides supports in ensuring documentation integrity in Maintenance. Drive transnational data accuracy and maintaining up-to-date process safety information (i.e. as-built, bill-of-material, etc.) during modifications. Also supports documents management (especially standard maintenance procedures / work instructions) and reporting.

In your role, you will

- Monitor accuracy and status of all required maintenance transnational information (i.e. work orders, flange database, inspection records, quality documents, etc.), coordinate with field Engineers and Supervisors to drive accuracy and prompt updating.
- Coordinates and consolidates data for performance indicators reporting for on-time reviews, approvals and submissions.
- Report any documentation discrepancies for prompt follow-up by site document controller.
- Update flange management database after any changes and monitor flange management system performance to support field activities (i.e. system up-time, consumables availability, etc.)
- Drive Flange Management process compliance on site including providing training, site audits, etc.
- Act as Flange Integrity Coordinator during events or turnarounds.
- Collaborates with appointed site document controller to ensure all standard maintenance procedures, work instructions in the system are up to date and current in document management system.
- Supports and coordinates Maintenance activities during all audits i.e. ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, SS506, etc.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with at least minimum 3~5 years in process plant maintenance activities with good aptitude and knowledge in reviewing P&ID's, isometrics, etc.
- Process plant maintenance of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, etc.
- Good knowledge in process safety information and plant technical documentation
- Able to do field quality checks and audits (including on contractors activities)
- Good communication and coordination, working in cross functional, multiple disciplines environment. Ability to prioritise through close coordination and collaborations with HSEQ, Operations, Technical and others
