The Role:
Technical Solutions Specialist in the Oklahoma area to service the hydrocarbon industry, specifically the natural gas and natural gas processing market. This position is responsible for field start-up and commissioning of analytical and measurement equipment, troubleshooting, and providing technical support, as needed. This individual will be responsible for the preventative maintenance to assigned vehicle and equipment. A large amount of (multi state) travel at short notice including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required to provide technical support to our customer base.

REQUIRED:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in the energy field working with measurement equipment. High school grad or equivalent, prefer engineering or technical degree/certification
* Minimum 5 years' Gas Chromatograph experience
* Excellent technical knowledge with ability to train and mentor others to gain the knowledge
* Strong customer service and problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to diagnose issue and creatively solve the problem remotely
* This position works remotely and outside of normal business hours is required as needed, related to team and customer support. Travel approximately 40-60%, and may include a large amount of (multi state) travel at short notice including nights, weekends, and holidays

DESIRED:
* Experience and working knowledge of Sample Conditioning Systems.
* Experience with Daniels, Siemens, and ABB gas chromatographs.
* Experience with Spectra Sensors a plus.
* Experience in process operation or process control.
* Knowledge of proper handling of environmentally hazardous substances. 
* Experience with root cause failure analysis.
