The Role:
* Managing, planning and coordination of all aspects of QA/QC related matters in operations and projects, both on and offshore.
* Driving the continuous improvement in all QA/QC activities in partnership with regional management, ensuring close co-operation between the elements of Operations and the QA/QC function.

* Preparation of quality procedures and plans
* Control and the distribution of quality documentation
* Monitor quality related activities
* Perform internal and external audits on behalf of the Company management
* Review vendor and sub-contractor related technical documents
* Implement QMS in office and at site
* Coordinate quality inspections
* Coordinate with the Client on quality matters
* Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to subcontractors
* Verify quality related activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
* Participate in internal and external audits
* Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action
* Monitor the implementation of approved operations/project QC Plan
* Complete and coordinate the approval of QC technical submittals to the Client
* Coordinate with CIE Manager on all quality issues
* Coordinate and chair QA/QC meetings with subcontractors
* Coordinate inspection and test programs
* Ensure all quality technical documents are up to date
* Provide QA/QC input to weekly and monthly reports
* Assist with implementing and managing ISO standards:
o ISO 9001:2015
o ISO 14001:2015
o ISO 18001
* Assist with tenders and proposals
* Responsible for project and in-country document control including but not limited to
o Supporting document management for projects and teams
o Receiving, cataloguing and stories copies of all project and country-related documentation in line with policies and procedures
o Allocate and control document numbering systems
o Retrieves requested information, information searches and general requests for support
o Accurately updating documentation and information as required
* Comply with company's quality, safety, environmental management systems and procedures to ensure all duties are executed in a safe manner minimizing harm to the environment.
* To ensure his/ her own safety and that of others is not compromised or placed at risk.
* Conduct all activities in accordance with the Company's Policies and Procedures.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Requirements:
* Degree in or diploma in engineering or similar.
* More than 5 years of experience in engineering ISO Certification (Quality Management System), internal audit and offshore in a marine, engineering or operations role.
* Experience in leading Internal Audit for the company.
* At least 2 years in a similar position.
* Minimum 7 years experience in oil and gas.
* Transportation and installation of offshore facilities operations experience.
* Rigmoving, Floater tow, mooring installation or anchor handling operations experience.
* Document control experience
* Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
* Experience in personnel management and in a project management role would be an advantage.
* Project organization and administration acumen
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Good customer liaison skills
