About our client:
Our client is one of Australia's largest independent Oil and Gas operator, employing over 3500 staff and have interest in 5 continents.They have a small office in Mayfair, London (circa 15 staff).

About the role:
The right candidate would be able to perform typical tasks and duties including:
* Greeting visitors
* Answering calls
* Filing
* Typing up letters or other correspondence
* Providing general administrative support to the team

Skills & Experience:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - this is corporate office and the reception / admin will be the first person visitors meet.
* Good phone manner
* Intermediate MS Office skills
* Happy to 'muck in' and take on occasional ad-hoc tasks (e.g, delivering mail to post office, or going to buy tea and sugar if needed etc)

The staff in the office are mostly Geologists, so while no O&G industry experience is necessary, some sort of interest or background in the field would be beneficial.
