The Role:
Responsibilities :

1. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
2. Maintain contact lists
3. Develop and maintain a filling system (binding, scanning, manual filling, maintain computer etc.)
4. Order office supplies, controls stationary
5. Accepts deliveries and distributes as appropriate
6. Book travel arrangement (taxies, hotels, couriers, rooms etc.)
7. Submit and reconcile expense reports and reimbursements
8. Handle Petty cash expenses and petty cash reports
9. Provide general support to visitors (greet warmly and assist visitors, prepare tea or coffee as requested)
10. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms
11. Take accurate minutes of meetings
12. Maintains the building maintenance schedule, liaising with contractors to ensure the agreed visits happen.


1. Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
2. Bachelor degree in Accounting or relevant field
3. Good organizational and time-management abilities
4. Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
5. Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator, Office Administrator, Office Assistant or similar role.
6. Good command of English and Thai language.
