International Mining Company is looking for a HR Administration Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Direct and lead the work of the group as related to HR administration of the Company personnel (payroll, personal files, statistics reports, vacations, orders, etc.). both expatriates and nationals;
Lead on development of HR administration policies and procedures and changes to them jointly with executing departments. Ensure the alignment of HR administration policies and procedures with applicable Russian legislation and business decisions of the Company management;
Lead on the process of obtaining work permits and work visas for expatriate personnel with appropriate agencies and specialists within the Company and on the onboarding and mobilization process of new employees;
Conduct presentations on HR policies and procedures to the Company personnel as and when required;
Participate in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training HR Admin employees. Manage performance of the employees including planning, monitoring, appraising job results, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;
Lead, direct and coach subordinates, participate in their career development. Plan and assess their activities with them. Make individual development plans for them if applicable;
Offer changes to the Company compensation & benefits system for the Company, taking into account Group and Project requirements;
Take a lead role on developing and further improving Key Performance Indicators Process and Bonus System;
Assist managers in settling labor disputes and complaints, disciplinary violations. Provide recommendations on labor discipline violation issues to management;
Monitor the employee climate to alert management to successes and shortcomings in employee morale and motivation;
Provide specific assistance to the Project teams for setting up the HR policies systems and procedures for the Project Phase;
Take a lead in manpower project planning for Peschanka Project;
Take a lead with preparation of HR administration budget, which includes the following: managing and tracking HR OPEX and coordination with Finance department for expenditure records;
Collect all required documentation to be submitted to Finance department. Assist in monthly/quarterly forecasting expenditures and budget spend on salaries and allowances as well as outsourcing costs and any other salary related costs as part of annual budget preparation process;
Lead on preparation of different kinds of analytical reports as requested by management;
Ensure that HR Admin contracts are up to date;
Cover for the HR Director of the Branch during his vacation/leave of absence on HR administration issues as directed by management;
Perform other job related duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Higher professional education (University degree in any of areas - HR, economics, finance, or law);
8-10 years of relevant HR admin experience with 3-5 years of them working at supervisory/managerial roles in an international medium/large size company (preferably in oil&gas/mining/other production industry);
Direct experience working on HR Admin issues related to shifts/rotational work, Far North region specifics, expatriates and so on;
Excellent English and Russian skills (written and oral).
