Our client is a high growth copper company focused on large scale, low cost open pit mining in the CIS region, with a proven track record for the successful delivery of greenfield mining projects is looking for Materials Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

Ensures successful standardization, execution and reporting of all materials management processes for Pevek region;
Ensures storage and security conditions are appropriate for all cargoes transshipped through Pevek region;
Ensures that all materials, equipment, and containers are shipped to Pevek as scheduled;
Liaises with Core Procurement and Materials Teams to ensure required Inventory Accuracy;
Maintains required data entry in Company provided IT System;
Co-inspects goods to confirm arrival per Purchase Order;
Co-signs all Materials Receiving Reports issued by EPCM contractor personnel;
Ensures that all required backups are available and archived for later use;
Ensures successful and safe Offloading / Storage / Issuing / Loading operations for all cargoes transshipped through Pevek region;
Co-signs all movement documents and confirmations for proper storage conditions and locations;
Archives all stocksheets that are generated and managed by EPCM Contractor staff;
Ensures that any OS&D, materials care and custody or any other issues are properly recorded and escalated by EPCM Contractor staff both to Procurement and Logistics Managers no later than within 24 hours;
Co-signs EPCM Contractor reports to Procurement and Logistics;
Ensures a high standard of Ethics is practiced and maintained with all functions.


Requirements:

Higher education;
Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics, materials management, warehousing or similar area;
Ably to read and comprehend the Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, CMRs, Rail and Road Waybills, Bill of Lading, Material Safety Data Sheets, labels on products, warning signs, and instructional manuals to prevent loss of personnel, or property;
Knowledge in cross-functional areas is a plus: procurement and finance;
Qualified Rigger/ Signal Person training is a plus;
English - Upper-Intermediate.

Conditions:

Salary upon interview results;
Temporary contract;
Rotation schedule: 28 /28;
Location - Pevek
