The Role:
Are you a Supplier Quality Engineer with experience of managing and developing complex supply chains in either the aerospace and automotive industry? Do you have knowledge of PPAPs, FMEAs as well as being a well rounded QA professional?

If so, then a role working for one of the largest tier one manufacturing business globally could well be of interest and worth applying for.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Maintaining quality across an entire portfolio of suppliers and ensuring that the products conform but also comply with strict manufacturing standards
- You will participate and drive a zero defect culture for the supply chain including helping to identify key activities and establishing a plan of execution
- Develop and drive closure on PFMEA reviews and engineering change validation as well as PPAPs
- You will review process control documentation and ensure that it is in compliance with full requirements
- Design and implement product engineering changes to satisfy quality issues that have been raised by the customers
- Using your excellent communication skills you will drive long term systematic quality improvements

The Company:
Our client are one of the largest aerospace tier one organisations globally. They serve into a number of major OEMs and are well known in the industry for the quality of the products they produce.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree or an advanced engineering degree would make you a stand out candidate for the role
- Proven industry experience of working in quality assurance and you will also need a basic foundation of root cause corrective actions
- Detailed orientated with the ability to work well under pressure in fast moving manufacturing environment
- You will need to be able to commit to travel across the whole of the European region 30-40% of the time with occasional travel to the Middle East
