The Role:
Are you a Sales Manager or Engineer seeking a new challenge working for one of the newest names in the engineering sector? Would selling across Europe or the USA give you a fresh impetus in your career?
My client are currently recruiting for two Sales Managers to cover either Europe or the USA and this will be a chance to really make a mark with a business that has constantly put high tech products at the front of their portfolio.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Leading a team to meet or exceed company revenue through sales goals and maximising company revenue
- You will set the sales strategy for your chosen region
- Accurately forecast sales figures for the region
- You will (in the future once settled in) recruit, train and build a sales team
- Evolve the sales strategy where at all possible
- Negotiate sales agreements with interested parties
The Company:
- Our client is a highly profitable manufacturer of bespoke mechanical products. They supply into a wide range of industries and are working on a number of high profile projects.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- You will need a record of success in mechanical engineering sales or business technology products
- A need to have trained other sales people is absolutely essential
- You will need to be comfortable in industrial engineering environments
- Resilience and persistence in your personality
