The Role:
Are you a Quality Inspector looking for a new challenge working for a cash rich organisation with a full order book? Would working for one of the biggest companies in the electro-mechanical sector give you a fresh start in your career?

If you have experience of quality inspection and final acceptance testing then this role may be worth applying for. This role will include goods inwards as well as the receipt of new products.

The responsibilities of the role include:

- You will perform incoming materials inspections either on-stie or on supplier premises where needed
- Using traditional inspection equipment such as micrometers, verniers and calipers you will ensure all products leaving the manufacturing facility are of optimum quality
- Carry out regular process audits
- You will input data into the inspection database and write correct reports on the findings

The Company:
Our client is a leading manufacturer of safety critical equipment for both the defence and aerospace industries.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- A proven track record in quality inspection in an electromechanical environment
- Experience with different types of CMM equipment including a FARO
- Knowledge of MRP systems

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- An understanding of AS9100 standards would be highly advantageous
