The Role:

HR specialist organizes timely registration of reception, transfer, transfer, secondment and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation, regulations, instructions and orders of the General Director of the company. He also keeps records of personnel, is engaged in the development of regulations, internal regulations of the company and job descriptions of employees, produces the issuance of certificates of current and past employment of employees, counts seniority, storage and filling of work books, in a timely manner makes notes in work books about translations, movements, incentives, etc. This specialist must be sociable, attentive, have a good memory and be patient.

HR administration specialist should know:

- legislative and normative legal acts, methodical materials on personnel management;

- labour legislation of the Russian Federation;

- profile, specialization of the enterprise.

- the structure and staff of the organization, the system of interaction between divisions of the company.

- procedure for determining staffing requirements;

- methods of analysis of professional qualification structure of personnel;

the order of conducting and storage of documents associated with personnel and their movement;
- the procedure for the formation and maintenance of the data Bank on the staff of the organization;

- the procedure for reporting on personnel;

- fundamentals of psychology and sociology of work;

- knows how to resolve labor disputes and conflicts;

- fundamentals of Economics, labor organization and management;

- rules on labor protection.

Labour function

Documentary support of work with personnel:

1) maintenance of organizational and administrative documentation on personnel;

2) maintenance of documentation on accounting and movement of personnel;

3) administration of processes and document flow on accounting and movement of personnel, submission of documents on personnel to state bodies.

Official duties

HR administration specialist performs the following duties:

In the framework of the job functions specified in paragraph 1:

1) carries out processing and analysis of incoming personnel documentation;

2) develops and prepares documentation on personnel (primary, accounting, planned, social security, organizational, administrative);

3) performs registration, accounting and current storage of organizational and administrative documentation on the personnel.

In the framework of the job functions specified in paragraph 2:

1) prepare draft documents on personnel management procedures, accounting and movement of personnel

2) carries out the organization of system of movement of documents on the personnel;

3) carries out the collection and verification of personal documents of employees;

4) provides preparation and registration at the request of employees and officials of copies, extracts from personnel documents, certificates, information on experience, benefits, guarantees, compensation and other information about employees;

5) issues to the employee personnel documents on his labor activity;

6) bring to the attention of the personnel organizational, administrative and personnel documents of the organization;

7) keeps records of working hours of employees;

8) carries out registration, accounting, operational storage of documents on the personnel, preparation for their submission to the archive.

In the framework of the job functions specified in paragraph 3:

1) carries out the organization of document flow on accounting and movement of personnel;

2) carries out the organization of document circulation on submission of documents on personnel to state bodies;

3) performs registration of the organization in state bodies;


Good knowledge of English;
High education.
