The Role:
Fircroft are seeking an Administrator for an Oil & Gas company for a long term contract position within the UK

Location: Farnborough
Duration: ongoing contract
Work Pattern: 9/80 fortnight (80 hours over 9 working days, every other Friday off)
Day Rate: TBC

The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of administrative support to the Spare Parts Management Team

Key Job Responsibilities:
 Preparation of detailed Work Packs for review of Supplier SPIR submissions.
 Coordination of information between the Spare Parts Team, Suppliers, Project Engineering and Supply Chain Functions.
 Maintain Spare Parts Team sharepoint.
 Preparation of regular and ad-hoc status reports for Spare Parts Team Lead.
 Regular filing/updating of SPIR files.
 Management of Spare Parts Team data to maintain good traceability of information.
 Other general office duties as required.

Essential/Desirable Skills:
 2-3 years clerical/administrative support.
 Well organised with strong attention to detail.
 Previous administration experience working on a Major Construction Project or Materials Operations in Oil and gas industry.
 Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
 Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
